It's tually bigger deal in 5man and 10man, where it's quite likely they won't be an Enhaement Shaman (or a shaman at all). It is a pretty big dps buff to your group. Also, if there is a Shaman, youan tell him to drop the Haste to spell totem instead of windfury, whh will help the healercaster while keeping the haste buff to melee. It's a pretty solidhoe imo. What are you missing out on anyway? Here's a dps build and here's a tank build...
