2.Do you stay were you are and spam arcane explosion and hope it hits him and he/she pops up

answers are welcomei use to spam arcane exposion when i hear a rogue going in stealth. when he becomes visible i always try not to get stunned (which sometimes is quite hard)
and just try to do as much damage as i can.
i know its really hard to beat a rogue when you are mage, because rogues are magekillers, but sometimes i manage to kill one of them.

/sighis same whith the shaman elemental. if i see a rogue coming i put out magma totem or something els. then il try to frost shock them and thundershock. then......... i just try to kill them....
but most of the time the caster get sapped and is nothig to do after the 25# of the life goon or more.... thats why i hate rogues......i normally let him sap or stun because its almost gonna happen every time and arc exp wastes so much mana that can be used for hp with the shield so then i hit my insigna blink put slow on him as im running away then turn cast or use instant damage while im running backwards making sure slow hasnt been removed or timed out and i think that macros are a very important part of wow pvp if u dont understand them read into it because i have one botton that cast my damage trinkets then arc power then pom and finally pyro blast for nice instant damage so in all i would say dont arc exp but let him because he wont come out of cloak untill he stuns or ur out of mana
anyways i mean if he is close and u know u can draw him out do it but dont just stand and spam Spam Arcane Explosion rank 1 will reveal the rogue without burning through all your mana.All ranks of spells cost the same now...all based on %% of mana.Say hi and have the mouse pointer over blink to run. Also you could request trade which may confuse them long enough for you to get away.Cry.Run like hell, they are slow in stealth. otherwise start spamming Arcane ExplosionUnless the rogue is an idiot, he won't get so close to you while you spam arc exp so dont do it. Try to move along walls to keep your back away. If he ambushes then get away with whatever you got(frost nova, slow, blink, etc.)If he stuns you then blink and start frostbolting. If he saps then insignia or trinket out. Once you get away from him after whatever he does from stealth, just fight and try your best to keep away from him. I usually go running around looking for some in battle grounds cuz i know about stealth but if it isn't in battle grounds and i see one on pvp near me then i use frost nova to keep it in place then i spam it with arcane explosion then maybe use frost noce again if it actually fully loads in the fight and
spam it with falling or missles.ok this is something u have to know will be comming. have some space on ur bars for rank1 arcane explotion and rank1 blizard. spam the rank1 AE and when he vanishes or somthing rank1 blizzard in the spot he was just at hope this helps1. If your protecting a flag or carrier you cant run. Make sure your Ice armor and Ice barrier is on. Make sure you keep moveing, do not
use blick or Ice block yet. I try go around objects to try to make it a pain for the rogue. Tell others around you rogue is nearbye. If you think one is near you frost nova or arcane. If you freeze him, He is dead (at least that is my experience) I do not have much problems with rogues at 59. I am deep frost. I make sure elemental is out, and my finger is on Iceblock
