but at the pet trainer it will only teach me growl levels 3 - 8
and it doesnt list any of the other skills you mentioned stamina, armour etc...
D.RVelgost is right, you need to find your "Beast Trainer" which is normally next to
your Hunter Class Trainer. He will allow you to spend money for skills and abilities for your pets. The one's you can buy are normally growl, stamina, armor, and resists, the other one's you must learn from other pets, such as Claw, Bite, etc.-Iggi - Surivalist - Level 80 Orc Hunter

If you stopped comparing yourself to others, do you think you would enjoy life more?The skills need to be purchased from your local beast trainer. You don't actually start with any skills, at least I never did.Heyya. I'm new to WoW in general. so i apologise if I'm wrong
but i read in a guide today that the hunter beast trainer menu is supposed to come with growl 1 and growl 2...
but the screen (for me) is just Bear (no pun)
ii was just wondering what i was missing.
if i have to drag and drop something into the menu or what?
